Batter no. 1 - flour and eggs
200g / 7 oz (about 2 U.S. cups) white all-purpose cleaners or cake flour
1 large egg, beaten
250 ml of water /
Pinch of salt
Flour and salt. Mix egg and water. Add liquid gradually to a thin flour paste. If possible, let stand for at least 1 / 2 hours.
